Kevin Seawright; A Pillar of Inspiration

Studying at the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Business for Executive Leadership and Almeda University for his Master of Business Administration back in 2006, Kevin Seawright has been bound for greatness since the beginning of his incredible journey into the business world.

Working as a basketball coach at Suffolk Virginia Recreation since 2015, Seawright has made a name for himself not only in the business world, but also as a staple of the community. Taking deep consideration for Economic Empowerment and Education, he makes sure to do his part in all that he can to ensure a happier future for all.

According to Crunchbase, throughout his time on this earth, Kevin Seawright has accomplished great deals, being awarded in August of 2010 with the International Bridges to the Future Scholarship from Association of School Business Officials (more commonly known by their acronym ASBO) and is an important addition to many organizations, like the American Society for Public Administration, Conference of Minority Transportation and Infrastructure Officials Association of School Business Officials National Association of Black Accountants (or NABA for short), National Recreation and Parks Association, Babe Ruth Museum, National Forum for Black Public Administration, and a Board Member.

Obviously a man of many hats it’s surprising that someone so involved in the community would have time for growing up the business ladder especially to such a compelling stature as that of Kevin Seawright himself.

Starting out as Managing Fiscal Officer at the City of Baltimore, Seawright moved up before later becoming the Finance Director at Baltimore City Department of Housing and later achieved the tremendous position of Chief Financial Officer at the Baltimore City Recreation and Parks.

Today he works at RPS SOLUTIONS LLC (Real Property Solutions) as Managing Partner/ Chief Operating Officer and stands as an inspiring pillar of the community.
